Setting: Home Health
Shift Notes: 4 days/week (flexible), 8 hours/day (flexible start time), roughly 8am-4:30pm
Coverage Area: Majority Kitsap County, some Tacoma/Lakewood
Average miles per day/week: Mileage variable, estimated 250 miles per week
Job License/Certification requirements: Washington State Speech Language Pathologist licensure
Common Equipment & Charting System: laptop/phone, EMR is Homecare Advisor and EPIC
