Job Description
- Operational Leadership: Drive the day-to-day operations of the Spent Bleaching Earth division, ensuring 100% ownership of safe production and resource allocation.
- Project & Commissioning: Support the project team in facility operability, maintainability, and early-stage integration into Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU).
- HSE Excellence: Act as a Safety Champion, managing high-risk processes involving Hexane and explosive solvents. Lead shift safety meetings and ensure 100% compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) systems.
- Maintenance & Reliability: Implement agreed maintenance strategies and routines to ensure maximum plant availability.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist the Manager in developing strategic plans for CI, QMS, and Green Energy objectives.
