SPL Call Center Representative
Responsible for supporting all order management (SPLUS) in APAC. The main job is to process all orders and dispatch them to all APAC UPS warehouses for delivery to the end consignee. This also includes return shipments or defective parts from customers, documentation processes, and updating proof of delivery in the system and to customers.
Specific Tasks
- Dispatching orders with the correct deadline time, ensuring parts are in reserved status and alerting the concerned warehouse.
- Taking manual and live orders either via phone or email; information is transferred to RTM for dispatch.
- Creating Commercial Invoices for international shipments.
- Answering inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers with specific inquiries about their orders.
- Maintaining the on‑time performance report.
