Position Overview Hargrave Military Academy is undertaking a historic expansion of its athletic programs, adding or expanding fencing, football, swimming, lacrosse, soccer, and baseball alongside its flagship basketball program.
This expansion is a cornerstone of the Academys enrollment growth strategy and requires a dedicated professional to amplify Hargrave Athletics visibility, reach, and brand impact.
The primary aim of this hire is to tell the story of Hargrave Athletics in a way that excites prospective families, engages recruiting channels, energizes alumni, and positions Hargrave as a premier destination for student-athletes.
The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, content creator, and strategist, someone who can produce a highlight reel at 10 PM on a Friday night and polish a recruiting pitch deck on Monday morning.
