  • Open to candidates wanting NY only, NJ only, or a combination

  • Sports Medicine background strongly preferred

  • Scope includes upper and lower extremity sports; not looking for shoulder‑only

  • Patient mix: 50% workers’ comp / 50% private

  • Former surgeon was in-office 4 days/week + 1 OR day, and could have done more OR volume

  • Englewood: has its own office + access to Surgery Center, + 2 hospitals where will receive privileges

  • NYC (Queens/Brooklyn): busy, “plug‑and‑play” volumes with immediate demand

  • PA support available in the OR; office PA/APP support is optional based on surgeon preference

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
