Are you an energetic, sporty Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are working with a welcoming and supportive school in RCT seeking a confident and proactive TA to join their team this September.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and can use sport and physical activity as a tool to engage pupils, build relationships, and support positive behaviour.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of ALN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Using sports, movement, and practical activities to encourage engagement and participation
Assisting the class teacher with delivering tailored learning and interventions
Promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting emotional regulation
