Job Description:
We are currently hiring Spotters for a long-term project in McCordsville, IN. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and assist technicians while they are operating lifts or working at elevated heights to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Observe technicians while operating lifts or working from elevated platforms
- Maintain awareness of surrounding safety conditions
- Assist with additional site tasks as needed
- Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
