The Role
You'll work in a modern, fully-equipped spray booth environment, delivering high-quality paint finishes on repaired vehicles — matching colour, achieving the right finish, and making sure every car that leaves the booth is something you're proud of.
What you'll be doing:
- Mixing and matching paints to manufacturer specifications using computerised colour matching systems
- Applying primers, base coats, and clear coats to repaired panels and full vehicles
- Blending and fading paint to achieve seamless colour matches
- Inspecting finished paintwork for quality before vehicles move to the detail stage
- Working efficiently to production targets without compromising finish quality
- Maintaining spray equipment, the booth, and accurate job records
What we're looking for:
- Completed trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent experience)
