- Provides training for new delivery partners, ensuring the latest training materials are being used and offering feedback on how to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducts and/or cascades training when new procedures and systems are rolled out.
- Co‑ordinates with operations teams to ensure all concerned members are compliant with training requirements and highlights any non‑compliance.
- Directly responsible for training new teams at new facilities.
- Familiar with Operations SOPs and the applications used by operations.
- Organizes and conducts face‑to‑face or virtual training sessions.
- Schedules training sessions properly.
- Conducts tests to confirm trainees’ comprehension.
- Provides feedback to HLs and FLs on trainees who struggled during training and may be at high risk of failure.
