Role Purpose
The Squad Lead of GCB Strategy will lead the development, articulation, and execution of the Retail Banking division’s strategic agenda. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, enhancing customer value propositions, and ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall corporate strategy. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, Tribe Owners, and Squad Leads to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, while embedding a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous innovation.
