Sr. Account Executive (Sales / Distribution)
The Sr. Account Executive is a self-driven Sales Driver responsible for expanding the company’s market footprint and generating new business opportunities while supervising junior staff.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Increase sales and generate new business opportunities to improve company ROI.
- Team Supervision: Supervise Junior Account Executives and Merchandisers.
- Client Rapport: Focus on building and maintaining long-term rapport with clients.
- Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Targets: Achievement of all monthly sales targets.
- Availability: Ensure 100% product availability across assigned accounts.
- Logistics: Achieve 90% monthly route management and maintain RTV/B.O. rates at or below 2%.
