Job Scope:
- Record financial transactions and reconcile account balances within the accounting system.
- Process payments and maintain organized documentation through structured filing and archiving.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for both head office and field offices.
- Review budget-to-actual reports and ensure timely submission of financial statements to meet internal and external deadlines.
