Description CORE ACCOUNTING
• Responsible for general ledger and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze Percentage of Completion (POC) and Work in Progress (WIP) reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain financial integrity across entities and business units
OPERATIONS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
• Partner with operations and cross functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent expense coding.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across accounting systems.
• Support the ongoing implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central across several branch implementations.
