You will play a key role in managing diverse property portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee property tax records, process payments, and track assessed values to ensure accurate reporting.
• Approve and initiate wire transfers while maintaining detailed cash management documentation.
• Review and document lease provisions using Yardi and Excel, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Calculate retail and percentage rent, prepare reconciliations, and coordinate tenant communications.
