Description Robert Half is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client, a dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing industry located in Syracuse, NY. This is a permanent position offering competitive starting compensation between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Complete account reconciliations with attention to detail and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and financial reporting. Review and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and accounting standards. Support internal audits and provide documentation as needed.
