Job Description
**_Sr. Advanced Application Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. (Houston, TX)_**
**_RESPONSIBILITES:_**
+ Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
+ Execute GTAC (Global Technical assistance center) and other standard audit checklists for Experion system.
+ Facilitate issue identification and analysis.
+ Report out to regional stakeholders, work closely with the global team.
+ Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues.
+ Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with Assurance 360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues.
+ Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites making sure the PSC value is consistently demonstrated with each deliverable.
+ Enable services Installation and Migration.
+ System maintenance and reporting incident avoidance case.
+ Generating Knowledge article.
