Job Description
We are looking for an Amazon Operations Executive to manage day-to-day Amazon seller account activities, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain account health while optimizing listings and performance. Must have experience in clothing category.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account on a daily basis
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Handle order processing, cancellations, and returns
- Ensure timely shipment and delivery performance
- Respond to customer queries and feedback
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Optimize bids, keywords, and budgets
- Analyze campaign performance (ACoS, ROAS)
