**Job Summary**
This role provides support to Marketing Teams and is responsible for transforming campaign data into reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to help drive key business decisions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Measure and report on the performance of campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve performance for key stakeholders
+ Analyze campaign performance, identify customer trends, and present data-driven recommendations to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
+ Review and analyze all marketing efforts including performance by individual campaign channels to identify successful elements and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
