Job Description
As part of the Tapestry, Inc. Global Total Rewards team, this position will assist in designing, delivering, and ensuring administration management of Compensation & Benefits solutions and Mobility programs that attract, retain, and engage a talented workforce for our brands in Asia.
Responsibilities- Participate in annual Compensation & Benefits surveys, monitor market trends, conduct pay analysis, and review internal pay ranges and other pay components to ensure Tapestry remains competitive.
- Develop proposals and pay recommendations for complicated cases in line with procedures and guidelines, including mobility options and analysis.
- Manage the Asia Mobility program, including offer proposals, coordination with HRBP, tax consulting firm for employee tax compliance, mobility vendors, and support employee inquiries.
