Responsibilities
The role includes understanding the compensation system for both the locally hired employees and the expatriatesCreating the file for monthly payroll which will include giving input to the vendor, checking the salary sheets and submitting the accounting vouchersAssisting the confirmation, promotion, transfers, exit formalities etcAssisting in managing the taxation matters related to expatriates and filing of the returnsFiling of monthly returns and maintaining registersAssisting in introduction and drafting of policies related to employee benefits, conducting the research work, policy communication etc.Assisting in the compliances of the organization from HRD encompassing: Statutory compliances - Filing registrations & returns etc.
