- To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of Market Operations coverage in Korea.
- To perform settlement process for all cross product including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income and Custody FX,
- To ensure the completeness of all transactions under the proper controls
- To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed
- To handle the queries from internal and external clients
- To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Good understanding of overall banking / operation procedure
- Preferable Treasury Settlement/ Operation fields
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Macro Tools
- Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English
- Strong team player
- Client Service oriented attitude
