Your Day to Day
- Manage end‑to‑end Order & Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, invoicing, and related documentation.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues and discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and master data.
- Ensure smooth data flow across systems (SAP and related tools) and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor and report on key process KPIs (e.g., accuracy, aging, backlog, service levels) and take action to address deviations.
