Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, TA Technology and Analytics serves as the global support for HR technology, reporting, and analytics. It ensures strong governance, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimization to deliver trusted insights for People Strategy Team (PST) leadership and stakeholders globally. The role helps drives process optimization through technology, automation, and continuous system enhancements. Partnering closely with the People Strategy Leaders, Analytics, AGS Technology team, and external vendors, this role enables scalable, data‑driven decisions across global operations. Additionally, it advances technology innovation and responsible AI adoption across the user group.
Shift time for this role will be 1-10pm IST (with flex for daylight savings).
