Job Description
The Senior Application Programmer supports a DHA NMIS contract through SuprTEK, and reports to the Project Manager. This position has flexibility to be hybrid but candidates must reside in the MD, VA, D.C. area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure and maintain COTS web-based applications.
- Integrate and customize COTS web-based applications using JavaScript to meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Install and configure Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) web servers in DoD/DHA specific environments.
- Monitor and maintain system health and security, provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution.
- Work with system owner, COTS vendor, engineers, and security specialists to define scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
