Role description:
Configuring, Troubleshooting and supporting the Routing, Switching, Security and DNS/DHCP/IPAM an needs of enterprise customers.Install/Decom/Modify/Troubleshoot network elements remotely and in compliance with customer/ATT standards, as part of Incidents, service requests, Change requests or Complex change/Projects requirements.Coordinate with field support engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute complex multi phased changes to the customer network and troubleshooting complex issues involving the infrastructure.Inventory and documentation management including creating, updating and maintaining.
