Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in healthcare transformation, research, and implementation to join the Clinical Research & Innovation Office (CRIO). This role supports the Innovation and Research Implementation Support (IRIS) unit and focuses on translating research and innovation into clinical practice, while overseeing research fellows to enhance translational impact across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Co‑develop structured implementation strategies with clinical teams to support meaningful and measurable adoption.
- Support project scoping and resource planning by aligning initiatives with appropriate grant opportunities and coordinating grant‑readiness activities.
- Guide teams through institutional processes, stakeholder engagement, and approval pathways.
- Consolidate and track evidence of implementation impact, including outcomes, metrics, and cost‑effectiveness.
