Job Description
UPMC is hiring a Senior Audiologist to support UPMC Washington ENT located at 460 Washington Rd., Suite 8, Washington, PA 15301. This full-time role works Monday through Friday during daylight hours
Responsibilities:
+ - Interpretation of test findings and management.
+ - Takes the lead in training of medical students, residents, university audiology student's, or nurses or programs of continuing education as requested by the Director.
+ - Assists the Director in disseminating information to other audiology staff, in the formulation and implementation of new policies/procedures, and in training staff in new test methods.
+ - Demonstrates competence in administering no less than 5 tests beyond the basid audiologic test battery.
+ - Senior audiologist shall demonstrate competence in administering all tests beyond the basic audiologic assessment battery currently in use in the department. Training staff on new procedures and equipment.
