Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the modernization of loan management and collections platforms within a financial services environment. This role will play a key part in moving away from legacy and manual systems and transitioning to industry‑standard platforms that better support scalability and efficiency.
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify target platforms, define system architecture, and support integrations between loan servicing systems, collections platforms, and an integration hub. The role will focus heavily on ensuring loan and collections data is accurately captured, transformed, and fed into downstream collections solutions.
This consultant will support two delivery pods and assist with onboarding efforts as new platforms are introduced. The initial engagement is expected to start as a six‑month contract with a strong likelihood of ...
