Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the current business processes, systems, and models. Identify areas that could benefit from digital transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for the digital transformation initiative
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement that can guide the digital transformation strategy
- Work with technical team, alliance or partners to develop and design digital solutions to meet the identified business needs
- Coordinate with IT teams, third party or internal project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives. This may involve setting tasks, timelines, and resources for the project
