Job Description
The Sr BD Manager will play a high-impact hybrid role, shaping new commercial possibilities and strengthening the company’s market position through business development and origination activities. The role primarily owns and manages Phillips 66’s logistics relationships with third‑party logistics providers for feedstocks and products in the region, negotiating and optimizing logistics and terminal agreements.
Key internal interactions include Corporate BD, Investment Appraisal, Midstream Projects, Midstream Operations, Refining, Trading, Origination, Aviation, Value Chain Optimization, Marketing, Scheduling, Emerging Energy, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Legal to ensure business development opportunities are commercially and strategically viable and that feedstock and product transportation and storage are safe and cost‑efficient.
