Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst
The company Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst to manage the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Program across the organization. The role will plan, execute, monitor, and continuously improve Lean Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact and alignment with operational excellence goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of Lean Six Sigma programs.
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and governance.
- Ensure alignment of projects to business priorities and savings targets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partner with tower leaders for nominations and support.
- Track project progress and maintain dashboards on pipeline, savings, and completion.
