- Responsible for Asian purchasing category for bearing relevant in various business sectors: mobility solution, power tools, drive and control technology
- Drive commercial negotiation strategy and execution, contributing to deployed KPI per category and/or supplier level
- Mentor of regional suppliers, coordination of commercial topics
- Work closely with business unit engineering, project purchasing (PUE) and external suppliers for technical saving project (RPP:VA/VE)
- Collaborate with regional business unit and handling quality and delivery escalations
- Support regional localization projects and market benchmarking within Asia Pacific
- Supplier performance management based on performance matrix
