Work Set-Up: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
The Sr. Commercial Head (Beauty) is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Beauty business unit. This role leads brand managers and store operators to achieve strong commercial results across e-commerce platforms. Working closely with the Country Head, the Beauty Unit Director develops business strategies, improves operational processes, and builds strong partnerships with brands and e-commerce platforms to drive sustainable growth.
