**Job Summary**
+ The Senior Estimator is responsible for assisting with the completion of national business development opportunities, organizing, and managing the completion of estimates, reading, analyzing, and responding to RFP’s and scopes of work and overseeing the estimating department to ensure the quality of the work that is being completed.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the direct supervision and scheduling of the estimating team and working with the sales team to ensure proposals are properly completed and priced competitively.
+ Work as a dynamic leader. Encourage and motivate teams to meet deadlines and take ownership of projects.
+ Work as a member of the Divisional leadership team to drive business toward financial and employee goals.
