Our client, an international boutique midsized litigation law firm is seeking a Sr. Corporate Paralegal to join its highly skilled and experienced NYC office. + Prepare and coordinate closings for SAFE financings, convertible notes, and priced equity rounds, including drafting and organizing signature packages
+ Maintain and update cap tables; track option pool grants and exercises; manage equity documentation across funding rounds
