Looking for an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join our client's growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control project costs across multiple construction projects
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Track budgets, commitments, and cash flow
- Review subcontractor valuations and change orders
- Support project teams in cost optimization and financial performance
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting to management
- 8-12+ years of experience in cost control within the construction industry or real estate development projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
