- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong Problem Solving, Analytical and Organizational skills.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills.
- Basic-intermediate Excel
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. Customer Service oriented
