Senior Customer Service Agent I
to join our team in
Budapest, Hungary
. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers and internal teams, managing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Morning tasks: Process orders using the order management application.
Afternoon tasks: Support local team activities - Handle inbound calls and respond to emails related to delivery notes, COAs, invoicing, and order claims.
Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.
Confirm orders and check shipment status.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality.
