**Sr. Cybersecurity Internal Controls Admin**

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Internal Controls Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 – Cybersecurity. The administrator owns the RMF package lifecycle in eMASS for ALTESS systems, including STIG/ACAS review and POA&M management.

**Responsibilities**
• Develop and maintain RMF packages in eMASS for ALTESS systems.
• Review ACAS scan results and STIG reports; drive remediation.
• Manage POA&Ms through closure.
• Ensure alignment with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and AR 25-2.
**Required Qualifications**
• 10+ years cybersecurity / RMF experience.
• CISSP or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
