This analyst will own the heavy lifting behind people analytics reporting, building robust datasets in Databricks, systemizing Excel-based tools, and delivering polished Tableau dashboards used by both executives and frontline supervisors. The role emphasizes data security, accuracy, and speed, with access to highly sensitive PII and headcount data. All work is centrally scoped and prioritized, allowing the analyst to focus on execution, scalability, and delivering production-ready insights in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
