What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for data center and network infrastructure roles at high volume across multiple locations
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with aggressive staffing goals
- Build and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and job fairs
- Screen and present qualified candidates quickly to support fast-paced hiring needs
- Provide data-driven reporting on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
