Job Description
**Basic Purpose:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Senior Database Engineer** to support the success of our technology initiatives. This role requires effective communication at both technical and business levels, collaborating closely with the infrastructure, application development, and information management teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database design principles, particularly in optimization and tuning. Proficiency in SQL development is essential, with the ability to create complex SQL scripts, functions, and stored procedures. Experience with IBM i and SQL Server development is preferred.
