Essential Functions
Create and implement GoTo Foods vision for modern franchisee experience and in-store technology stack. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand business direction and develop overall strategic vision for the portfolio’s operational readiness solutions. Ensure investment in Customer Care and technology align with GoTo Foods strategic vision and business priorities. Work across technology team to manage dependencies and ensure compatibility across digital channels, in-store tech, security, enterprise IT systems and development roadmap.
