Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. E-Commerce Product Manager to lead our Philippines-based Web Management team. This role owns the web optimization roadmap and serves as the bridge between execution, engineering, and business stakeholders. You will drive requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure all improvements deliver measurable business results. This is a player/coach role requiring both leadership and hands‑on product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PH Web Management team; manage priorities, workload, and output
- Own and prioritize the web optimization roadmap based on stakeholder input
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web improvements
- Act as primary liaison between business and engineering teams
- Manage sprint handoffs, clarify requirements, and track delivery
