Job Description
Support manufacturing operations and EHS team to ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs. Conduct EHS training and onboarding for new hires, including regulatory compliance requirements. Enforce EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards across operations. Support internal and external audits, including contractor compliance with EHS standards. Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with regulatory authorities (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO). Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies, including ergonomic improvements. Lead incident response and investigations (injuries, near-misses), ensuring timely and effective CAPA closure. Manage and track corrective and preventive actions within systems such as Enablon. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture and compliance.
