Ensures that changes in his/her assigned area will not result to any quality non-conformities.Ensures that no non-conforming units from his/her assigned area leaves the factory and/or reach the customer.Ensures customer satisfaction by diligently handling customer requests, feedbacks, and complaints, related to his/her assigned area.Makes use and processes signals, data, tools and resources that would help carry out above mentioned responsibilities. Interacts with Operators, Technicians and Line QCs, works with cross functional team, liaises with BE counterparts and business groups as needed.
This is you:
