Responsibilities and Tasks
- Establish Detection to have 100% Inline Visibility and Inline control
- Improve Detection strategy, system, and methods to continuously strengthen detection performance.
- Enhance Detection capability and strategy to enable Yield improvement, improve the cycle of Learning and strengthen Defense Line.
- Establish and improve BKM (Best Known Method) related to RAM Detection performance, RAM detection cost and RAM supplier engagement.
- Ensure BKM sharing spans across all sites regardless of technology and/or site mission differences.
- Set up process parameters for Inspection and Measurement equipment.
- Plan and evaluate through supplier demo, tool evaluation or H2H (head‑to‑head) and promote new equipment/ material through TOR (Tool of Record) process.
