Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing, quality and engineering improvement including low yield analysis, failure analysis, and test time optimization.
- Assist the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to the new tester platform.
- Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study and fix the root cause.
- Conduct product bench test verification.
- Provide FA support by performing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
- Build and debug bench boards.
- Develop and troubleshoot test hardware.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language is highly valuable.
