Our client, a large nationwide AV integrator, is looking to hire a Sr. ESS Field Service Engineer to their team. This person will be responsible for providing onsite troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and hands on resolution for a wide range of Electronic Security Systems (ESS). This role supports both field service engineers and technicians by addressing complex technical issues, ensuring operational continuity, and contributing to the success of managed service efforts. Some travel is included but the majority of the work is in the greater Northern VA area
Day to Day:
• Ability to serve as the primary technical escalation point for all ESS related issues, providing expert level diagnostics, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and resolution of medium- to high complexity problems.
• Repair, service, and operational health of ESS equipment, including planning and implementing system improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
