Job Description
As an HR Shared Services & HRIS Support Executive, you will contribute to three key areas: HR Shared Services support, HRIS operations, and central HR data management.
You will provide first-level support to HR users on system-related enquiries, support payroll UAT activities, manage HRIS requests and access administration, and monitor data replication issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
HR Shared Services Support- Provide support and guidance to HR users on system-related inquiries.
- Help HR users understand processes and analyse employee data accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Address HRIS-related queries from NHG institutions promptly and professionally.
- Support 1FSS Payroll through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
